Review | Cargo Commander

Cargo Commander is an indie game. A story that unfolds as you gain more cargo. This hoarding gravitating action game is what you need to burn off some hours. This is a perfect gift to a friend, a gift to yourself if you want to be suprised by a game you didn't knew before.

Cargo Commander [ score 88 - 100 ]

Cargo Commander is a great side-game that you play to get your mind off the main games that you play. It's concept is simple and gameplay strong. You need to hoard caps to get upgrades and collect cargo to gain score. This game can be competetive against friends and hard to play depending on each random sector that you play.

I have still one achievement left to get this game fully completed. Wich, I will get tomorrow or maby even tonight if I feel up for it. The achievements are hard and fun and the story of the game is something you will have to play for yourself as telling would only spoil the suprise.

This game is easily worth the money you put in it. If you've even thought about getting it, then do it. It is really worth it. It's a clever game, fun and could easily give you 20 - 30 hours of gameplay depending on how the gameplay feels to you.

Review | Beat Hazard with Ultra

If you are looking for a game that combines visuals with your own audio library, then look no further. Beat Hazard is an excelent game to spent some time with your own media. It also manages to be open for internet radio. This game is set at a great price and cannot recommend this enough to retro gamers.

Beat Hazard [ score 85 - 100 ]

Beat Hazard, a multiplatform cheap music game. I've spent roughly 27 hours and just completed getting all the steam achievements. Ranked #2 amongst my friends and thought to give this a review through steam.

I came across this game about a year ago when looking for games along the line of Audiosurf. Beat Hazard came close enough to what I was looking for. Beat Hazard manages to entertain you by making your songs a level in this game. It takes the beat of your song and just blazes space ships at you. Amazing game.

If you can get this in a deal. Get it. It's really a must play to a gamer.

Review | Bastion

Bastion sets place in an imaginary lush fantasy world. As "The Kid" you go through an narrated adventure unfolding the mysterious calamity that occured before you enter the world. This is a great game, making you wanting more to know about it's world and story. I've gone through the campaign and this had me going for a good 10 hours.

Bastion: [ score 90 - 100 ]

IGN said, "This game is amazing and you owe it to yourself to download it."

That sentence really is something I would like to reshare to my readers. Bastion is a lush, beautifull, rich, paced and a well-balanced game. The narrator, Logan Cunningham, makes this a joy to play and adds an element to this game to remember. This game will always be that game "where you got narrated your every move."

It took me a good 10 hours to beat the game. You could do with less, although that would mean hearing less of the sexy voice that Logan brings to the game. To add, of wich I really want to hear more of in future plays that I will do. Next to those ten hours there is easily waiting another 10 hours to get those Steam achievements.

Indie studio SuperGiantGames really delivered on this title. They've made something we will not see again in a long time. This little adventure is a joy for young and old, flexible with it's diverse set of weapons that you will uncover through gameplay. Controls are great, both keyboard and controller tested.

The last thing I will say about Bastion is that everything feels like it has been carefully placed together. Mechanics, Sounds, Levels, Materials, Weapons, Enemies and all the little things that make the game ambient and alive.

Get this game! It is worth it, weither you do it through a deal or just get it as a spontaneous gift for your wonderfull self. It gets a 90 of 100 EPICS from me.
